I designed this for Don Carriker, a Springfield, MO Mortgage Consultant. Don has been a mortgage consultant in the Springfield area since 1997. He has wanted to take his business online for a while now, but it wasn’t until recently that he was able to do that. Don recently joined the team at Liberty Bank in Springfield, MO.
The goal with this site was to create a website that would be easily optimized for the local area. He wanted to do this through a clean design that was built with the power to integrate dynamic content. I created a blog site for him built on the WordPress platform. With this site Don will be able to keep his content fresh and up-to-date. He also wanted the ability to easily add video training, which is done by integrating YouTube videos.
I have also created a way for Don to keep in touch with his clients and those who want to keep updated on the mortgage market in the area by implementing an RSS subscribe feed, a Twitter page and a Facebook Fan page. Through the use of social media, Don is able to quickly update those who are following him, plus generate new clientele.
Another aspect of this job that I have done for Don is spent some time optimizing his site for local search. Don wants those who are searching for home loans in the local area to easily find him online.
The main aspect of this site was to create a tool that could be used to funnel Don’s clients through. He uses many different avenues (radio, direct marketing, trainings, etc…) to market his services. He wanted to be able to quickly and easily inform them on the home loan process through the use of different types of media and then encourage them to fill out the quick application online to get pre-qualified for a home loan.
Through this website and the tools that Don has put into place, he hopes to streamline the process in order to offer his clients the time and the professional service they deserve.
